International Journal of Social Rehabilitation is an open access peer-reviewed journal launched in 2018 with the aims:

  • To promote the practice, education and research specifically related to Public Health Dentistry.

  • To advance the art and science of Public Health Dentistry

  • To promote the exchange of current and innovative procedures as well as basic and clinical research in all areas of public health and preventive dentistry.

  • Focus on clinical and epidemiological research to enable researchers and scientists to communicate their findings to the rest of the community.

  • To promote graduate, postgraduate and post doc research in the field of public health dentistry

Scope of International Journal of Social Rehabilitation:

Int Journal of Social Rehabilitation covers the topic of public health dentistry which is an age-defined specialty and is distinguished by outreach activities. Public Health Dentistry deals with community based health problems and comes up with solutions for the same with the art of health promotion and intervention. It aims to achieve the global sustainable development goals and intention to bridge the gap between the needs and available resources. The journal will cover technical and clinical studies related to health, ethical and social issues in fields of oral health, community health, epidemiology and dental public health. Articles with clinical interest and implications will be given preference.
